Day 16
The night we got our tree Elfis decided that he wanted to be on the top this year.
Sorry little man, but we did replace you for our star, but we let you sit there all day.
Day 17
Elfis got to our tree with toilet paper!
I think he was getting back at us for moving him from the top.
This again, like the picture drawings he did, offended Allyson. She did not like the fact that he "decorated" the tree. That girl seriously!
Day 18
He was a bit more mellow, since he didn't want to upset anyone, and decided to just hang around.
Day 19
Scanner Elfis!
Ha ha!
Day 20
Sugar Elf Angels
Day 21
The night before we headed over to Tacoma for Christmas (which I will mention later)
Elfis got into my stash of stickers!
He also grabbed a set for each.
Day 22
Elfis came with us to Tacoma.
He made himself a nice cozy bubble bath.
Day 23
Elfis brought ingredients and a recipe to make hand print ornaments.
Measuring
Rolling it out
Obviously very serious and almost painful looking work.
Elfis watching!
Jared squishing
(please ignore how freakin' huge my boobs look in this picture, not sure what happened there, must be the angle.)
Kind of creepy really, especially now that you are looking at them.
Allyson squishing
Carys squishing
Day 24
Elfis' final visit was a special one.
He brought the kids' Great Grandma's Elf's back with him and a special note.
He stood (or sat) watch while the kids made their special gingerbread men.
Jared did all his decorating by himself and would not take or allow ANY help.
Cute girl
Proud of himself.
Carys did well and had fun, but after a bit she was more interested in eating the candies.
The finished works
Carys on the left and Allyson on the right

Sticking with the tradition and story, Elfis went back to the North Pole with Santa once Santa was finished dropping off his presents at the house. The kids had a great time with Elfis while he was here with us. This morning Ally got up and asked where he was, but I reminded her that he went home to rest up for next year and she was okay with that.
Rest up good friend and we look forward to seeing you next year and seeing what kind of things you will get in to.

Elfis has left the building!
Your elf was so much fun! It inspires me to be on the lookout for an elf for our family for next year. He or she won't be nearly as cool as Elfis, though!
