AUGH!!!!!!!!!!!

So Non-stress tests are suppose to be easy going, quiet, just chillin' times, but mine aren't. I've had 2 in my pregnant life, and both have taken a sudden turn to stressful.

The first one, with Jared and we all know that that one ended up with the long stay.

The second one today was turning out that way until finally the sigh of relief. I went in this morning about 10 (Aaron stayed here with Jared to get him down for his nap and to hang out with the Air Conditioning guys). I got there and all hooked up and things were going fine, or so I thought. The nurse came in to check the strip of paper and all she said was "OH!". I'm thinking,um no, WHAT IS THAT? Don't say OH! I was having contractions every 4 minutes to every 1 1/2 minutes. I couldn't even feel them. Same with Jared when I did the test last time.

The problem is this time I am 31 weeks. TOO early to have this baby. I got all hooked up with an IV and they pumped me full of fluids, which helped after a few hours. I go to the Doc again this next week and then back on Friday to the hospital for another NST. I DON'T WANT TO GO BACK AGAIN! WHAT WILL HAPPEN THIS TIME!?

For now I am to lay as quiet as I can without being on full bed rest. It is kinda hard with a 1 1/2 year old and a husband who can't walk. I better do what I can though I know.

With what you said, keep going back for the stress tests. Better to be safe than sorry. We don't want any more complications. I mentioned a baby shower...maybe we should wait till after Allyson is born?! Take care of yourself first.

Oh my goodness! That's kinda scary. Congrats on being pregnant by the way. I'm excited for you. Hopefully we will be too someday soon!
