Projects and stuff

Things happen around here. Nothing that I really need to go into detail about, the vast majority is pretty self explanitory. Though I will say something before I continue on with photo captions. A while back meeting with Robin LaDue, she had mentioned that Jared will need to be kept busy, so busy I have tried to keep him.

Before we get started on our projects.

Carys the other day.

I think she is the cutest 19 month old around.

This is where that projects began.  Jared is totally into making things, helping in anyway possible and making sure we are always DOING!!!!
My parents and Aaron wanted more raspberry jam, so I thought it would be the perfect job for Jared and Allyson.

Mashin'!

Squishin'!

Chillin'!
Her little side pony was way excited that day.

TADA!  10 cups of raspberry jam!
Now if the boy would just eat it.

I have nothing to say...

Now this one I have to explain.  Please ignore the fact that she is in her undies, but she was trying to fit her head into the house.

She completely passed out on the couch the other night and was snoring.

Yesterday we tried a Pinterest project.  Re-use old broken crayons.

Spray a pan
Break the crayons smaller (if needed)

Melt them for 10 minutes
at 250 degrees

Cool them and they are done!
We had enough for 21 "new" crayon discs.
The kids thought it was an excellent project.

Yesterday afternoon as I was putting the stroller back in the van after our walk, Carys fell (I think she was helped by one of her loving siblings who will remain nameless.)

I took this picture about 5 minutes after the said incident.  Poor little girl.

It is only Thursday!

But listen to this.  I think our little family is going to actually have a real weekend.  Meaning that Aaron is going to try to not have to work AT ALL this weekend.
Is it pathetic that I'm happy about that?  I honestly can't remember when we were all home ALL weekend long and Aaron didn't have to work.
