Here are the girls at the same age in the same outfit. People say how much bigger Carys is than Ally but according to these pictures, I say there isn't too much in it. Also we hear how much they look a like,and I can see that too, but they are their own selves as well. I don't think Carys' eyes are going to get as light/bright a blue as Ally's. They are blue for sure, but they are a bit darker.
