Jared
I remember that when Jared was almost 1 or just turned 1 he had a bloody nose. I had never had to deal with bloody noses before, seeing that I have never ever had one. Little did I know that, that was just the beginning. The poor little man has had more bloody noses then I can count. He has them while sleeping the majority of the time, which is the messiest way to have one blood all over the face, hands, pillow, blankets and anything else. He has had them while playing, while in the car (not the best either) and while getting dressed. Any way you look at it it isn't pleasant. I feel so bad for him, cuz he gets scared, and doesn't really understand the whole concept of sitting still and not crying, which will just make it worse. We have talked to the doctor and he has told us tricks like humidifiers, and Vaseline in the nose. We do both religiously! Well the last few days neither is helping anymore. Yes, 1 time I forgot the humidifier, but the other time it was on.
Tomorrow we are off to the Doctor to get him checked over. I think I freaked myself out a little bit by looking up causes of bloody noses. Sometimes it is vessels that can be cauterized, sometimes it's dry air or allergies so sprays may help, but then there are those times when it is something worse like a sign of Leukemia, and other diseases.
Anyway tomorrow we will try to get things sorted out. I'm hoping we will be able to anyway. They might be a chance that we will be sent to an ENT (ear nose and throat)doctor. Either way I don't think that Jared will be to fond of the instruments up his nose procedures and possible blood work. WISH US LUCK!
On a happier note!
JARED LOVES CORN ON THE COB! This is the boy who doesn't eat in case you forgot!
Aaron loves corn on the cob and I must say that that is the best way to eat it. We didn't think that Jared would want any, but we weren't going to not let him try it either when he asked. Well By Golly the boy ate it and liked it, and had some more a few nights later! Just when you think you know your kid!
Good Job Pea!

Yeah!! More food!!
Good luck with the dr and his nosey. :)
I don't want to be negative or scare you, but when you first started mentioning his constant bloody noses it reminded me of the Little House on the Prairie episode where the kids are older and Albert keeps getting a bloody nose. He hikes with Laura and her class to the hill top.
Anyway, keep plenty of corn on the cob in the freezer.
